BOYTEK RESINS has been founded on customer satisfaction, product quality, continuous technology development, training, team spirit, environmental awareness, and continuous development.

• We always make the necessary efforts to keep product quality and reliability in the first place. We follow technological advances and incorporate them into our system to improve the factors that affect the quality of our products. We make efforts to increase production capacity and product range by following new technologies that increase production capability.

• We determine and implement product features that will satisfy our customers, whom we see as the main reason for our existence. For this reason, we perceive and apply training as the basis of the level and continuity of product quality. All employees in our company strive to fully realize their duties with the sensitivity of team spirit.

• We develop targets every year and comply with the requirements of the system to achieve these targets and ensure their continuity.

About the ENVIRONMENT,

As BOYTEK RESINS, one of our main objectives is to protect and increase the quality of life for our employees, customers and all living beings in terms of the ENVIRONMENT. In this direction, provided that we comply with the legal and other conditions that we are obliged to comply with;

• Ensuring the most efficient use of energy and natural resources,

• Reducing the amount of waste by supporting recycling and reuse activities,

• To prioritize activities to reduce the use of harmful substances in product design and production processes and to develop products with less polluting properties,

• Working in cooperation with competent universities by providing the necessary support to its employees to realize all these activities, are the main elements of our environmental policy. This is evidenced by the fact that we control the negative environmental impacts by incinerating the liquid wastes from production with the INCINERATOR, with a system that will prevent pollution at the source before it occurs.
